Before returning your product, we
encourage you to contact us first to find potential solutions to
your problems. However, if you remain unsatisfied with your product, Microlead offers the most generous return policy in the industry with our
30-day money back guarantee.
The following conditions and
restrictions are included in the 30-day money back guarantee:

Easy Returns

Return requests must be received
and confirmed by Microlead within 30 days from the date the
order is placed.

Shipping
and handling charges are excluded. The refund applies only to
the cost of the software package. The customer is responsible
for the original shipping and handling charges, as well as the
shipping charges for returning the software package. The
original shipping and handling charges are listed separately on
the initial order and invoice.

Trial
versions are excluded. Products that are labeled as Trial
Version are not eligible for refund. However, we'll gladly
replace a defective product with a similar item.

Resalable
Condition: The product
CD and the enclosed material must be in its original packaging just like it was received. All instructions and templates must be retuned as well.

Restocking:
When the Resalable
Condition is not met there is a minimum of 15% restocking fee to replace parts, packaging or any other damaged or lost items.
The actual fee will depend on the condition of the returned
product.

Applicability:
The 30-day guarantee is for
initial orders of a product only. Subsequent orders of
additional licenses and annual technical support plans are
handled differently.

Custom
Software Packages: Returns of custom software packages are
usually not accepted as our system engineers must perform
additional work according to your specifications. All efforts to
make the custom software work for you will be applied.
